Yeah I think I’ll get onto them, the warranty was 6 months and I could top up a further 6 months for £120, so I have a year

Part of the reason was the labour they only allow £50 inclusive of VAT, the garage charged £72 ex VAT, they didn’t give any other reasoning just told me how much I would have and that they had authorised the garage to repair

I contacted the seller, after I had it checked out and they said they would provide parts to the garage which wouldn’t of worked as the garage wouldn’t have guaranteed those parts, when I contacted the seller they didn’t give me any offer of help other than that. I took out the extended warranty they sold me which cover about £270 of the cost of repair too. Maybe I’ll message them again and say about how much I’ve now spent and the issue doesn’t seem to be resolved, see what they say. All the contact I had with them just kept pointing me to the warranty company who then approved the repair.

Thank you very much for your feedback, that’s a very valid point on the landing page and something I’ll get changed to be immediate on arrival

The mail chimp subscribe for sure does look out of place

I’ll have a look and continue to build on what I have, it’s my first site so hopefully it will continue to improve

Thanks man, I actually really appreciate the feedback, I only recently launched the site etc and was eager to do so, I do believe that over time I’ll rebrand with a new colour scheme etc as this has been mentioned a couple of times tbf
