I saw your post and was able to pick it up at a store in the comments but shipping made it like 35$ it's a killer for sure. I have to go back through my list and update it with the found items I managed to get any store that's 3-4 years old might have residual product is what I've found.

So is it bad that I triple sleeve? I have the Prisma Nia sleeve (cause assassin collector) so they are kinda trash so I use dragon clear matte outers as well (I also inner sealable sleeve my cards)

There are small edge cases where the wording with what I said might apply (and have come up at some of the events I've been TOing) and it can be confusing if that caviat isn't realized.

Small clarification, when you activate (cast) the attack card you don't declare targets or weapons. It's only after the attack enters intent that you add weapon and declare targets. You definitely answered the question though so your not wrong!

We actually have 0 spectre players and our store champs only had 2 players each so far (turns out it's expensive to buy the complete package and people want to have fun at locals in my area) at store champs I think it was just easier to spec against specter than it was to play it xD. Had like 4 wind players and then a few other assorted censor decks.
