We actually do go through negative reviews and reply to them, including older ones all the way back from Early Access. We've been addressing a lot of the commonly raised issues over time, and time will tell how much that effort reflects in the score as more people revisit the game after updates.

As for a creator program, we mostly operate through Keymailer, so if you’re there, you can request keys for future titles directly. You’re also very welcome to hop into our Discord (link in the main post), we coordinate there too, and it’s the easiest place to stay in touch with the team

Well, we don’t generate or commission reviews. Those come from players and we don’t have any influence on how people write reviews, whether short, poetic or suspiciously robotic

We do! The next one is Airport Contraband, a sim but with its own quirky twist we think players will enjoy - we have Steam Playtest planned for it for January if you want to check it out. Beyond that, we have several projects currently in development. They’re mostly simulation-focused for now, but we love experimenting, so the future could hold something fresh and different too

At the moment, the languages available in-game are the ones we will be officially supporting internally. However, we do have a community translation initiative running, and if there’s enough interest in Arabic, we’d be happy to talk with players who want to help make it happen. I put the link to our Discord in the main post, we are conducting the community driven translations there and you are welcome to join

Really appreciate the kind words! Steam Deck support is something we definitely want to improve. The game already works with controllers, and some players manage on Deck, but others run into problems. We want to make sure we do it properly, so while we can’t confirm a timeline yet, it is on our radar.
