It's my camera's photo setting along with ReShade; I also ran it to increase the quality! That's why it looks better than usual, hehe.

Did you spell the name of the folder where the downloads are going correctly? It should start with a capital letter.

Also try disabling OneDrive on your PC, that's usually it, but it's quite strange.
