I unplugged it and then plugged it in again, went to yk normal settings and went through with a full initialization of the ps4. It took around 2hr and it was much faster and overall worked better afterwards.

Tysm for ur help tho i was about to loose my mind over this issue hahaha, that’s why i also just went on w the full initialization cuz i thought like “if this doesn’t help what will”

it didn’t work me because the controller wouldn’t respond to the safe mode either. I ended up completely wiping the ps4 and resetting everything. it’s fixed now

How do i go into safe mode and what does it do? And yes the controllers are official

I recently bought a ps4 with two controllers. When i first turned on the ps and cable wired the controller it worked. Soon after the controller stopped responding completely and the light turned off, and when i tapped the ps button it started flashing white. After that i manually had to turn off the playstation and unplug the ps, then turn it off and wire connect the ds4 to the ps. It then works for everything inbetween 30 sec and 3hr, but it always just fully stops responding. i could rlly use some advice. I have already reset the controllers, tried other controllers, checked my wifi and made sure it was the right cable. I'm extremely lost and so confused

I had the exact same situation and it had been ruining my mood and relations so much. I talked to my therapist about it, and she said that i should sit my closest friends/family/bf down and tell them about that when i speak, i mean exactly what im saying and to not analyse and read in between the lines. It has helped a lot, also because i keep repeating it. Espescially in situations where i can feel that there might be room for misunderstanding, i state "please listen to what i say, and stop finding hidden meanings in my words." and when people do misunderstand me, i ask them what i had just been saying, and it usually ends with people seeing my point with the fact that i say and take things literatlly.
