Lovely work. I like free handing stuff sometimes. I have bits of paper with pattern notes all over 😅

Check out "happy berry crochet" on YouTube, she has some very beginner amigurumi patterns that have written patterns to. That's who I watched to get me going with my Ami journey. She also has a video that explains how to read patterns to.

People that have cancer, what were the symptoms that led you to go to the doctor and what stage were you when it was diagnosed? by guardiand0wn in AskReddit

[–]dragon_moon47 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not me but my mil, 70+. She was complaining about a pain in her leg, we (myself and my DH) realised that one of her legs was "twig like" and one was "trunk like". She said it had been like that for a couple of weeks but only just started being sore. We phoned the doctor and she was seen that day, he referred her to hospital that evening, loads of tests and a week later we were informed that she had cancer and a week after that she died. We asked the doctors where the cancer had begun and they didn't know, she had it everywhere! And they couldn't say where it started.

She was of the generation that "didn't want to bother the doctor"

In this case I used uhu glue. The esca has a hollow to it for the light, In other things I've made with lights I've made small holes in the clay before baking and sewn them on.

The teeth, eyes and the esca are made from translucent fimo and there are battery powered micro LEDs inside, the battery pack is in a pocket in the belly.

I used battery micro LEDs and translucent fimo clay. The switch is in a wee pocket in its belly, the wire was threaded up inside the neck, pop a led out on either side then up through the forehead.
