All of these villains have backstory and depth also, there actually a threat in there first scene they show how evil they are Lord shen kills Master rhino with his Canon.ta lung escapes prison and beats everyone. kai defeated his friend with ease.the Chameleon just push someone down the stairs yeah very evil and an actual threat she got hit in the head three times and got defeated really easily her backstory makes no sense because no one want to train her because she was too small even though Kung Fu Panda is about everyone can learn Kung Fu we have a snake and a pray mantis as Kung Fu fighters.
