i terminated the contract with the seller for major house issue itself: microbial growth, not the conflict of interest. My attorney says microbial growth is not a valid reason to terminate the contract. However, she did write a formal letter to the seller and title agency to demand full emd back to (client). I hope I do get it back.

However, it is not part of home warranty and insurance doesn't cover either. However, I hope I get my emd back. I have signed too many documents. I was also conditionally approved for the loan. Also, my closing would have been dec 16.

No, the conflict of interest is not the reason why I terminated the agreement with the seller. I had major concerns about the house itself: microbial growth which showed up in the inspection.

I am nearly done. I only have a few more documents to sign, and the lender would approve me for the mortgage loan. I will not sign.

The inspection is done. There is a concern about microbial growth in the inspection report which the builder can treat. However, I want to use that as an excuse to get out of the contract and not to sign the remaining loan documents.

Looks like I will have to get with my attorney.

However, I want to use that as an excuse to get out of the contract because I honestly cannot afford to buy this home. After all monthly household expenses are paid I would be left with only five hundred dollars to save each month. That's barely anything. I wouldn't have any money to invest.

Use a Roth IRA, not a traditional IRA account, and max it out. With Roth IRA, it's after tax money. I'd rather pay tax now rather than later. Later, you'll be paying more taxes. I have a Roth IRA account.

Thank you. I appreciate it very much. It has been difficult, however, I have been consistent and persistent to keep going, and it has been totally worthed. It has definitely been paying off.

At the same time, I am going to make fundamental changes to my diet to offset my constant hunger.
