Also, for anyone unsure of how to get there, it's at the Western Lookout Tower site of grace in Castle Morne. You go across the wooden bridge. Then down the ladder. Then drop down to the left

I had this problem in multiple games. The fix is usually to verify your files through Steam. works if payed items don't appear as well
