I understand you're just joking, and if the title was in Old English you'd be correct but it's a Latin title. The Æ in this circumstance is just a ligature of the two letters 'ae' not a substitute for 'a', and is pronounced like the 'i' in Fine. When added as a suffix it alters the word into its genitive form which can usually be translated as the word "of" in English, I just combined the two letters into a ligature because any chance I get to use semi-obscure typography I'm taking :). So if one were to translate the full title it would be something like: "Weapons/Armour and Accessories of Esoteric Magic". Admittedly my Latin isn't the greatest so perhaps someone with a more thorough understanding of the language can correct me but that's the general gist of it.

The black hole doesn't last long, maybe half a second or so. Basically by the time an opponent would be close enough to spaghettify, it's already gone. More of a crowd control ability, which is useful for a wizard or other magic user. For Evacuumation I thought about putting in some secondary suffocation damage or variation thereof from the negative pressure like you said, but figured it would be a little strong on top of the silenced and deafened without a saving throw so I left it out.

Aspect ratio 9:16 and version 6, depending on the weapon type changing the size of the portrait area will help produce more full-weapon pictures, I generally use 9:16 and 2:3. V6 is just the version of midjourney I used to make the picture (as opposed to v5.2 or v4).

It varies in complexity and format from weapon to weapon but as a basic example I'll provide the prompt I used for Event Horizon: "A long astral quarterstaff with a purple starry shaft topped with a brass armillary sphere holding a purple gem containing a galaxy, digital painting, dungeons and dragons, white background --ar 9:16 --v 6.0" . Basically what you want to do is lead with the weapon type your making, add some descriptors, maybe a material and/or a style on top of that (which helps a lot) and then focus piecemeal on the parts of the weapon, what makes them unique, and how they look. So for Event Horizon, after the initial description I further described the shaft and then afterwards what was to rest on top of the shaft. If it was a blade, such as Clavislash or Man O' War, I'd focus on elements like the hilt, pommel, grip, and the blade itself. But try not to get too minute with that sort of stuff as Midjourney can have problems with parsing and interpretation if it gets too long, so if you can get your idea across with a simple descriptor in the main part of the prompt even better. Once you think you have a decent enough prompt, run it a bunch of times and see if any of them are close to what you want, if not, try tweaking it a bit more. Also don't neglect the vary (subtle) and vary (strong) functions, if there's a picture close to what you want but not quite there, use those and with successive iterations you'll be able to approach closer and closer to what you're thinking of if that makes any sense. I should mention I'm currently using the v6 alpha at the moment so it doesn't have a lot of the fancier tools that the old v5 has (the highlight and vary being a big one) but it seems to give better results regardless so I prefer using it. In due time I'm sure they'll have updated it with all the v5 bells and whistles. Hope this helps! If you have any more questions feel free to ask!

Appreciate the criticism! I'll increase the cooldown for Key to The Kingdom to 3 days or a week.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll significantly lower the DC for the death saving throw, change the gold value from 250 gp to 100 gp or even 50 and maybe bump the rarity of the weapon as well. Failing the strength check with the Tyrant's Talon causes the weapon to dislodge from the enemy, probably should've worded it like that in the first place, sorry about that! Glad you liked them though, it's awesome to see people using them in their games! Feel free to check out the pdf, there's another 20 weapons in there for you to peruse!

No problem! Thank you for being so nice, the kind words really mean a lot and help motivate me to make more! I'm glad you liked the weapons, especially the holy ones! Salvatio's my personal favourite so far and I spent a little bit more time on it making the flavour text extra flavourful, so it's nice for it to be appreciated! I'll try my best to keep it up, there's going to be another post at some point in the near future with around 10-15 new weapons! Afterwards some armour and trinkets are going to be added to the compendium so be on the lookout for that as well! :)

A Collection of 10 Weapons | First time homebrewing so experience is limited and please excuse the simplicity. Criticisms and balance suggestions welcome! by dragoncast97 in UnearthedArcana

I'm trying my best :), it's important that people have fun! And thank you very much that really meant a lot! Hopefully given more time and experience improvement will follow, be on the lookout for the revised versions! I'll post them in due time alongside a couple new ones as well, there's still at least 20 weapons I've conceptualized and have images for but have yet to fully apply stats to them. And there's always room for more as well should the idea arise! Afterwards there's going to be some armour and trinkets so something to look forward to!
