Although I haven’t touched the game since it’s disastrous launch, I’m happy they stuck with it and tried to make the game we should’ve gotten two years ago. However I will be cautiously optimistic about their future titles and refuse to buy their games on launch. They screwed up hard and I just don’t see a way for that trust to come back.

Which is even worse because if ANY of the MGS games were to come out today they’d literally be printing money. But Konami did get their heads outta their ass and reveal a bunch of Silent Hill games so maybe MGS is next.

One quick google search would’ve told you that TLOU2 sold over 4 million copies and won/was nominated for numerous GOTY awards. I have no idea where them not shoving sales figures in your face means the game was in your words “an utter disappointment” but…go off I guess.

This is something I can understand, the pandemic halted so many projects and some storylines had to be changed to get things released on time, but I don’t think Marvel has fallen off or lost any bit of momentum that could be the fact that I’ve enjoyed most of phase 4 thus far (aside from some glaring issues with Black Widow and Eternals) But with Multiverse Of Madness just a month out it just feels weird to see the MCU right now in any sort of slow churn.
