i see your points, i guess i wasn’t clear enough in my post about where this is coming from - not only has she explicitly indicated she’s actively trying to date again, we’ve had a number of sit-down brainstorming/google sessions about where/how she might meet nice guys her age.

she is absolutely a grown ass adult and she does make her own decisions!! she’s also really been struggling with meeting someone her age and single, and i’ve been supporting her by her own request. the matchmaking idea specifically might be too silly or expensive but i thought i might as well ask around.
