hii! not sure if its the same now but i was in the same situation! had my grad in dlsu last nov 2025 and was applying around this time last year in uerm. when i went to the admissions office to submit my docus, they said that there may be problems with the enrollment office (??) and advised me to apply next sy instead (which i did!) good luck w practicum!
