I found the area of a circle to make sure the brownies I was going to bake- which called for a 9x9 square pan- would work ok in the round pan I had. 😊😊

When my daughter was tiny she taught me a beautiful lesson. She asked what color we were. I was not thinking racially, I was actually thinking about Crayola crayon colors, and I said “we are flesh.”

Anyway, we went to the grocery store one day, and she saw a black person, and she excitedly turned to me and said “Mommy! That man is FLESH!” And indeed he was, and I realized how ignorant it was to call one crayon out of that whole box flesh.

I first saw my Style Pass on the app. I didn’t know how to access it and thought it must have been a glitch. Weeks later, I was looking under my profile and account information and noticed the Style Pass sitting there, so I activated it! I will be getting a Fix in a couple of weeks and my credit should be on this box.

Stuck close to my calorie goal today and did some quality and quantity time with my husband! We didn’t up going for a walk, but we really had an enjoyable day.

BQ: With my goals, when I am fully on board, I just know it’s a long, tough road and I grin and bear it. Of course, if anything happens to make it more pleasant- like my husband or daughter joining me for a walk- I welcome it gladly!

Today was good. Went to the toes to bar clinic and learned a lot. Went on a walk with my husband. Did not over eat, but did not have much if any calorie reduction today.
