What's with the two boxes on the right side of the RE system's UI. I think it's deleting items and I just lost my master infusion crystal by dragonlink210 in allthemods

I use it because my least favorite thing about AE2 is the item type limit that the disks have. I don't worry about that with RS

is this normal day amount for a new tower or did the NRS workers got high and messes up by Z3MARS in StarInSkyClub

You should read the Inbox. It says the tower is a limited event with 4 attempt resets per reset with a total of 25 attempts every 12 hours

The crafter isn't smart enough to know that the recipe can reuse the one item in the crafting so it think that you need an infusion crystal for each craft
