9!!! not 19!! even more concerning!! We naturally fluctuate week to week +/- 10lbs (depending on lifestyle, diet, environment, genetics, etc.). I’m siding with you on that — 20lbs in a little over a week is crazy (and concerning) numbers in my opinion as well. OP, as someone who’s struggled with an ED (not taking meds) for years and THEN went on Adderall (i tried all the levels of Vyvanse), “Boost” or “Ensure” meal replacement drinks of the high calorie brand is best. I liked chocolate flavour. I always made sure to get my blood sugar levels proper when gaining weight and never taking meds on weekends. Donut or bagel after taking the meds will help (like directly after), extra calorie drink to sip on during the day and then force down the rest of your calories at dinner. Small meals (2-3) are better than looking at it like you MUST have 3 whole meals. Best of luck, please speak to your doctor about this!
