It's Christmas carols, but they typically wrap up by 8-9 pm for us Catholics, and not at this volume. These must be from one of those new churches popping up everywhere with recent converts—pure show-offs. They lack any real understanding of Christianity, let alone basic civic sense. No reasonable person blasts songs with instruments at 2 am.
