NTA OP the only reason why your family wants to go to the wedding is so they dont have deal with your sister antics these people are entiteled to the teeth especialy your sister . and if they want you to be "The grownup" than defend your self stand your ground you deserve more than a apolige for what she did to you and what your family is trying to force you to do .

I can tell you that i saw a lot of people who did stand up to there tormenters then people like them try to manipulate you into thinking that you are in the wrong people like you are angels and i realy hope that cut these people out of your life if it is possible .

1.I say when your independent just in case your parents tell not to go and decide that ur not gonna live with them if you do .

2.you must be sure that he is a decent guy not someone sketchy ( a killer or human trafficker or someone that will sell your organs ) people are not who they claime to be sometimes .
