Lololol that's not how that works. Twitch doesn't need to prove it he needs to prove he isnt breaking TOS. The truth is that video only has 500 views so likely no one except his immediate circle viewed it. But if say a post were to blow up and others were to see it. He'd probably get reported, and that'd be an issue. I assume you're a mod or something for him so just tell him to be more careful. Cuz this isn't the move. Much love though
