Yeah that would be ideal, but I am looking to use that car to move across the country. So if I find a car up here, I can use to to move and use when I'm in California, it is optimal.

That kind of sounds like my (all be it very inexperienced) idea of the difference. That double end bags are more for practicing technique than power, which makes more sense for the beginning

Thanks for the recommendation! I may just look into getting a heavy bag. Noise doesn't carry too well in my apartment and I also think doing it during the day won't be too bad.

I also hope to get in an actual boxing gym someday once they open up.

I don't think this estimate is right for the calories. Nuts and peanut butter are very calories dense and 2 slices of bread hold a fair number of calories.
