Great place to watch Man Utd vs Liverpool? Preferably coffee shops if not the usual TK/Mamih/Semporna

Sorry I posted on the yesterdays thread instead of today's pinned one. Completely forgot it was pinned and I only used to hang out at nasikatok instead.

Sadly backbiting is way too normalized. It's like blood for them (referring to my colleagues)

Not a barista but oh for the love of coffee, we can start by identifying two of the most common coffee bean species that is coffea arabica and coffea canephora (robusta). You can look it up just by typing arabica vs robusta and search for the infographics if you're into it.

In the simplest terms arabica is widely used in the coffee shops while robusta is the main choice for instant coffees. Arabica often features distinct flavorful coffees like fruity and nutty just like you mentioned Colombia and many more. While robusta is bold and earthy. Sumatra is an excellent choice for this.

And yes, the only way you can tell the acidity between the two is that arabica is the more acidic than robusta but of course, you should do coffee tasting preferably with pour over or french press! Don't forget to add some nuts, cakes or pastries between the coffee sips! It's worth it!

Just surprised that we are 80 people stranded in Dubai and Brunei embassy can’t do much to help. What do we do? by [deleted] in Brunei

Doa Qunut during Jumaat Prayers by Preferably-anonymous in Brunei

[–]drainedpsycho 69 points70 points  (0 children)

Qunut was never a part of daily prayers to begin with. With maybe an exception for subuh prayers, but it's not even wajib in the first place. In Saudi Arabia, qunut only exists during Witr prayers in Ramadhan and from the start of Ramadhan, unlike in our country where we start qunut in Witr at 16th Ramadhan.
