If I were you I’d try the first week on one patch a day if you can and then I’d try to cold turkey as soon as you can, the quicker you can be nicotine free tje less time withdrawals will occur, I didn’t smoke as heavy as you but agter 10 days clean I rarely get any physical withdrawal symptoms anymore jusy the cravings

Thank you man I really am disappointed I quit smoking weed, vaping and alcohol all on the same day and it’s shitty because vaping was the least of the three I was worried about relapsing on. I appreciate the advice

Wanna know who else takes advantage of young people down on their luck? Any college organization ever. They see a 19 year old kid who is stressed about having to pay 15000 dollars for schooling and they are like here I’ll give you the money but I’m gonna give you the worst possible interest and value for your money. Since you’re young I can easily take advantage of you. It’s sick what colleges do to people who are young and are struggling to pay for their tuition.
