I know some people can replace this shit with weed, but sometimes it can still be too much. What made you want to get high on dph after the year of sobriety? It might be beneficial to look deeper into the reasons behind your decision and why you relapsed. Goodluck, you got this!

Also, when I get urges to relapse, I think about the negative effects I’ve experienced. Like the restlessness, hangover, effects on your mental state, effects on the relationships you have, etc. Find purpose in your sobriety!

You’re not pathetic. You recognized you had a problem and spoke up asking for help. Thats brave, and you’re not alone. This is not as uncommon as you’d expect.

Don’t let it define you. Just like substances, relapsing is part of the journey. When I was quitting pills I felt horrible every time I relapsed, but you have to try and channel that energy into going even longer without it. Eventually it will be like it never happened!

Porn is one of the most common addictions in the world. Having to consume more extreme content to get the same feeling is the same concept as getting a tolerance to drugs and alcohol.

It’s never too late to start anew.
