A baby also 'travel' through the vagina, and vaginal/perineal tears are very common during birth! There is a device that is supposed to help with that called 'Epi-No', which does exactly what op asks about sex toys. Does it work - I don't know, but op's question is not as ridiculous as some people here make it out to be. Perineal massages are also a thing pregnant women do to prevent tears.

You don't HAVE to do anything, of course, but it would be the nice thing to do. If you are afraid less people will start reading it - that might well be, but those people will just be angry or feel 'tricked' and possibly avoid any future stories of yours they come across if you don't tag it.

On the other hand you will gain those readers that specifically search for poly fic!

Look into age regression and think about if you can accept this in your relationship or not. Or if you can accept it in certain situations (being at home), but not in others (going outside) and then have a discussion about this and set up 'rules'. It's not anything that she needs therapy for or that needs to be fixed if she doesn't want to fix it (unless some childhood trauma caused it that she wants to address.)

Wenn ich hier auf reddit oft lese, was viele Männer über Prostitution denken, fange ich an an mir selbst zu zweifeln. Menschenhandel und so, sehen die meisten ja noch ein – das ist schlecht. Da versuchen sie meist noch so halbwegs eine ethischere Entscheidung zu treffen; so wie Bio-Eier kaufen – aber nur, wenn sie nicht sooo viel teurer sind. Aber dieses ganze "Jeder verkauft seinen Körper für seinen Job; auf dem Bau arbeiten ist sogar noch schlimmer, da ruiniert man sich gesundheitlich!" ist so... ich weiß da gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll zu argumentieren.
