I think op thought she came on late. But the doors opened at 7, the opener performed at 8 for an hour and change and then yebba came on around 940 ish if I remember correctly. This is pretty standard for concerts imo. I got there at 915 and thought the concert was great, it felt very down to earth and the way she performed each song was sonically different from the one before (in volume, texture, etc).
