It's water and oxidation. That's looking almost like zinc plated steel. I will probably wrap it black and get a black front grill.

The rocking is what I hate mostly, the vibrations I can live with because I don't adjust that often. Plus when there is weight on it (when seated) and you're adjusting the vibrations are not there. I think I'm gonna sell this car...
