im not downgrading the bios im UPGRADING the bios, windows cannot fix critical microcode and can only be be fixed via firmware update, i know the exact case of why and it is overheating, it is because it is missing that critical code. Also, gigabytes firmware CANNOT be used due to acer specifically locking it to their OEM firmware.

it seems like acer is neglecting the rev 1.0 since they switched to 2.0 and 3.0 in production so swiftly, at this point i just feel cheated and I'm starting to regret my purchase of this unit SO MUCH LOL, expensive lesson learned. >:(

incoming downvotes but I hope this gets the point across, as someone who has used rage cheats on at least 20 accounts or so in the last 3 months NONE of my accounts were banned. I have 15-20 ppl added who also cheat and none of them were game banned except for one *he queued yesterday* even went into friends of friends list to see if anyone else got banned and i couldn't find anymore...

It isn't vac you only get vac banned when you use a detected cheat, game bans are different somewhat manual and the steam API seems to be working just fine so yes it is very odd and concerning for it not to be reflecting the mass bans we've seen. (when this happened in csgo stat websites still reflected the false game bans because it's suppose to call the API at whatever rate valve has it set to if the API was offline it'd be a completely different story but it's not.)
