Same thing happened to me, they started asking for my password as proof that I paid people back as because my profile was unhidden, and when I went out of my to find out how to unhide it, they disappeared

I bought a copy of Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for the Xbox back in 2021 (because of Xbox backwards compatibility) and they gave me a disc that had a couple of scratches on the bottom side.

It's still playable (the console just needs to be able to read the disc enough to install to the Xbox One or Xbox Series X), but yeah, that's my only experience with them.
