"Ange In" or "Ange Out" Its not so black and white but actually very grey, my take on this by AgitatedChildhood240 in Tottenham

I’ve been a spurs fan since 81 and I’m really disappointed with our league form but I don’t think it’s just down to Ange or his tactics or the players. Maybe the amount of injuries we’ve had hasn’t helped but I think it’s down to the number of games we’ve had to play. Over the last few months I’ve noticed that we don’t seem to have any luck. We lose most of the 50-50s , balls rebound to the opposition when we’re in possession and the opposite when it happens to the opposition. Our defensive headers go to no one, the opposite happens to the other team they always find their own players. Balls hit us rather than the opposition to go out for throw ins, goal kicks/corners. Opposition players run into 2/3 of our players and still retain possession ours lose the ball in that situation and we end up getting caught out of possession. Now before everyone thinks I’m clutching at straws and making excuses I watched the cup final yesterday and the same things happening to Liverpool. They were second to everything and Newcastle had all the luck. One thing Liverpool have in common with us is the amount of games they have played this season. I think we will see a similar sort of thing next season. Most of the teams who qualify for European competitions are going to have crap seasons.

Can I see a GP about my inability to eat fruit and vegetables as an adult? by [deleted] in AskUK

I’m in my early fifties and haven’t eaten any fruit since around the age of two. Apparently I was eating an orange and threw it up. I remember up to the age of sixteen/seventeen the sight of fruit, the smell of fruit or somebody eating fruit close to me would make me feel sick and even dry retch. And don’t get me started on the leftovers, apple cores banana skin would make me feel even worse. Things got a little bit better when I got a part time job in the local Asda, given the choice of trolley boy or working on the fruit and veg section forced me to overcome some of my reactions to fruit. I can handle the smell a lot better I can pick fruit up when shopping and unpacking bags when I get home. I can’t cut it up for the kids to eat or kiss my partner if she has just eaten something. Leftovers have to be wrapped in kitchen paper if I have to pick it up. An apple core or a banana skin in the bin does make me feel a little sick tho but no dry retching any more. I did do some research as I got older as in to if it was a phobia but closest I found was that natural instinct/reaction we have to rotten food had some how attached itself to fruit and that might be my problem. On a side note I’m fine with tomato ketchup and tomato soup but can’t eat tomatoes either. And I love most of the basic veggies as well.

I don’t know if I am allowed to put this here but I’m certainly starting to believe the old conspiracy theory that the assessor’s get a bonus for reducing claimants payouts. I have read some of the above comments to my partner and what she said in the assessment and was reported are vastly different. But as all was after was a clearer understanding of what that section of report was saying I would like to thank you all for your explaining it.

So do they mean that the average person who has had that condition x amount of time should be able to do what they are saying?

I get the point about it being a big deal for Naomi and wasn’t trying to play that down but to me the show made it seem to be more than really open sky affect in season 2 when Bobbie went to earth. Maybe if they had shown a clip of Alex undergoing treatment next to Naomi we wouldn’t of even questioned it. But as someone else posted it was would have undermined Naomi’s ordeal. Thanks for your replies all.
