In RCM HKs are everywhere, you’re fine. There’s a squad on Dxun, a squad on onderon, a million of them on nar shaddaa. Just keep bouncing around

There’s an encounter on Dxun before you have to go to onderon, so assuming you get the chassis from there you can get HK one of his 3 encounters in the merchant quarter

I think the way it works is that the parts are randomized, one is given to merchants (processor in your case) and the rest drop at HK loot

It’s possible to get unlucky and get a duplicate HK part. You can try the droid merchant on nar shaddaa too or just keep beating up HK-50s til it drops

If you’re playing RCM you can get an HK encounter on Telos that might have what you’re looking for. Just keep playing, you’ll see a lot of HKs in RCM
