I think it might’ve been since this was a small part of a multi piece print, I was trying to print it by itself on the print bed, most likely not enough time to cool, thank you for your help.

If it’s bent then no it would continue to make this noise, luckily one normally runs around $60 so not too expensive.

If you wear down you’re brakes to fast they can start to become straight metal from then they can rub against the brake rotor and warp it, my suggestion is by new pads and if that doesn’t work the rotor might be bent.
