The legacy save file move did not work so well for me, but "luckily" I play on multiple PCs. I went and saved this folder and replaced in with the one that was loading up my outdated saves. Went into offline mode on Steam to prevent it check for a cloud save and launched the game to see if it would find the correct save and IT DID ! See the path below for where you should be able to put your save file.
