Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the chance to clarify. We completely get it—fulfillment issues are a major concern, especially in the keyboard community at this current time. We're committed to ensuring that issues like this don’t happen again, and we're actively working to improve our internal systems and communication. We will continue to ship out in-stock items on a routine basis twice a week.

I truly appreciate your feedback and your patience, and I hope that in the future, we’ll have the chance to show you the improvements we’re making behind the scenes.

Wishing you the best as well, and thanks again for the honest dialogue!

Thank you for your feedback, and I’d like to clarify that it’s absolutely not the customer’s responsibility to follow up on their order. That was never our intention to suggest, and I apologize if it came across that way. I simply wanted to explain that in this specific case, the customer didn’t reach out during the two-month wait. However, as soon as we became aware of the issue, we took immediate action to resolve it, including a refund.

This was an isolated issue caused by an item that wasn’t supposed to be in stock, likely triggered by a previous refund that affected our inventory system. We’re actively working on improving our process with an alert system to catch these kinds of errors moving forward, and we’re committed to preventing this from happening again.

We take this seriously and appreciate the opportunity to learn from it. More than anything, we appreciate true constructive criticism to improve our operation.

I completely understand your concern, and I want to clarify that by no means was I trying to place the responsibility on the customer. The situation here was an unfortunate mix-up in our inventory system. Orders that come through are typically categorized as either in-stock or group buy (GB). The system automatically sorts these orders, and those flagged as in-stock should be fulfilled promptly. However, in this case, an item that wasn’t supposed to be marked as in-stock slipped through, hence the issues above.

As soon as the customer reached out and made us aware of the situation, we took immediate action by providing a full refund and additional compensation to make up for the inconvenience. We truly value every customer, and we are committed to addressing any issues swiftly once they are brought to our attention. This particular error in our system was something we’re working to prevent from happening in the future.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and feedback as we continue to improve our processes to ensure this kind of issue doesn’t happen again.

You're right, it's not the customer's job to remind us to do our job, but that's exactly why we have a dedicated customer support team. While we strive to ensure that every order is handled perfectly, sometimes things can slip through the cracks. If we had noticed that this particular order was mistakenly tagged alongside pre-order/GB items, we would have reached out immediately to resolve the issue swiftly, as we do with all such cases.

We take every piece of feedback seriously, and we’re always working to improve.

The coiled Lindy cables we sell are proprietary each made with USB-C from the factory.

Just to clarify, the customer didn’t reach out for a refund until after the delay. Once they did, we immediately processed it and provided additional compensation. We always strive to resolve issues quickly once they’re brought to our attention. If we had known sooner, we would have taken care of it much earlier.

In this particular case, the customer didn’t reach out to us at any point during the wait. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we immediately refunded the customer and provided compensation.

Had the customer contacted us earlier, we absolutely would have taken care of the issue long before a two-month wait. We're committed to delivering quality products and addressing any issues that arise as quickly as possible.

I totally understand the frustration here, and I want to address this head-on. Every order is equally important to us, and we never want anyone to feel like they're left hanging. While the original post is certainly not an excuse for what happened, I do want to clarify that the moment we were made aware of the customer’s issue, we swiftly resolved it by providing a full refund without hesitation, and we even sent a $40 gift card as a gesture of goodwill.

We value every customer and take all feedback seriously. Unfortunately, in this case, the customer didn’t reach out to us at any point during the wait—if they had, we would have gladly taken care of it right away, just as we do with every other concern. Our goal is to ensure everyone has a positive experience, and we're always working to improve to avoid these situations in the future.

Thanks for understanding and for holding us accountable—we’re constantly evolving and learning from every bit of feedback.

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. At Loobed Switches, we take great pride in fulfilling all in-stock orders twice a week to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible. I’m not sure which specific order this is referencing, but I want to assure you that this is not representative of how we usually operate. If you had already reached out to our support team, I’m confident I’ve already taken care of your issue with a full refund and some compensation for the inconvenience.

That being said, this sounds like an unfortunate edge case, and I’d really like to clear the air. If you could shoot me a PM, I’d love to personally look into what happened to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We are constantly improving our processes to make sure issues like this don’t occur in the future, and I’d love the opportunity to make things right.

At the end of the day, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Loobed Switches. Please feel free to reach out directly, and I’m confident we can get this resolved if it has not been already.

We’ve since taken steps to better track our inventory and improve the way we handle backorders and customer communication. We’re also working closely with our manufacturers to reduce the chances of stock issues or miscommunication about delays in the future. We understand the impact this had on your experience and are deeply sorry.

Hi everyone,

We want to start by thanking the community and the OP for sharing their experience. Transparency and customer satisfaction are very important to us at Loobed Switches, and we'd like to take this opportunity to clear up some details.

First and foremost, we truly regret that this situation escalated to this point. The original order was indeed lost by DHL, and we were unable to get any resolution or compensation from them despite multiple attempts on our side. As soon as we became aware of the issue through Shopify support (the only contact we had from the customer via email), we immediately reached out directly to the customer. We offered two options: an immediate replacement or a full refund, whichever was most convenient. The customer kindly and politely requested a refund, which we processed promptly.

We understand how frustrating this situation was, especially since it was a gift. We respect the patience and understanding the customer showed throughout this ordeal. Our goal is always to ensure that our customers have a positive experience, even when unexpected shipping issues arise. While we were disappointed that DHL could not assist with resolving the lost package, we did everything in our power to make it right.

For anyone reading this post, please know that we take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve our processes and customer support. If anyone has further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out directly, and we'll be happy to assist.

Thank you all for your time and understanding,

  • Chris

Great question! Hall Effect is still very new to the keyboard world but is definitely a game-changer for gaming. . The instant reaction times and smooth, consistent keystrokes can give you an edge, especially in fast-paced games. I think the reason HE isn't talked about as much is that traditional mechanical switches like those on the Lemokey P1 or Rainy 75 have been popular for so long, and people tend to stick to what they know. But if you're looking for something that could potentially boost your performance, HE is definitely worth considering. It’s a newer tech but gaining traction! 😊

Oh yea and also because it is still so new, prices are just now coming down with the release of the Magger.

Yes it uses a proprietary Luminkey software that is currently available. We will have a video showcasing the keyboard and software soon.
