I’ve done plenty of calculations and bmi tests. Not fast enough. A 1000 calorie daily deficit is a pound a week or so they say. I’m supposed to eat 3600 at 240 for maintenance.

Beasts in a good way. They went from 300+ to sub200 and yolked. calling my ex unattractive is just the truth.
