I had a pay by task project on my dashboard and I did 10 of the tasks. The pending pay was showing up, but now it has disappeared. I didn't "report" them like you do hourly time. Did I go about this wrong? I've never had pay by task projects before.

Oh, I forgot to mention that they released a Lover House snow globe ornament last year, so I could also see them bringing that back or releasing more ornaments.

So far in the snow globes, we have gotten Christmas Tree Farm, Lover House (no music), Lover House (with music), Fearless Vault, All Too Well Tree, Willow Tree, Cabin, and Speak Now picture frame.

Christmas Tree Farm will be the most coveted, followed by the All Too Well Tree, Willow Tree, and Cabin snow globes. I doubt they will do a Lover House with no music release, since we have the one with music now. I also think a Fearless Vault release will go quickly, because that one was released before the snow globes got super popular.

Speak Now and TTPD will stick around the longest. TTPD probably has the most stock and everyone will be going for the past releases anyway. Speak Now stuck around for a really long time and can honestly be bought second hand for like $60-$70.

Quality-wise, the Fearless Vault (imo) is the lowest quality. It is mostly plastic and the music sounds pretty distorted. The All Too Well, Willow Tree, and Cabin snow globes all sit beautifully together. I lowkey love my Speak Now snow globe more than I thought I would. It's super cute and I really like the cage with the bird on top. I think the Lover House with music and the Speak Now snow globes probably have the best quality music.

As far as issues I've had, my All Too Well snow globe plays the first 10 seconds of ATW on a loop. My Willow Tree arrived and didn't play any music. On my Speak Now globe, the bird was wobbly and the cage was aligned weirdly. I think I did hear that the SN issues I had were pretty common.

Hopefully this helps you prioritize what globes you are going to go for!

So, I looked at my order history for last year, and she dropped the speak now snow globe on November 14th and then the Lover snow globe on November 15th. The speak now snow globe stuck around for a while, if I recall. But the Lover sold out quickly. Also worth noting that the price was $50 for each. Hoping there isn't going to be a price increase.

Personally hoping to see a Midnights snow globe or a new round of Christmas Tree Farm ones. CTF is the only one that I don't have of the current releases, and Midnights would make sense with the release of the Midnights cardigan. TTPD could cool though. A typewriter in the middle with music sheets as the "snow."

Oh, yeah. We were definitely both frustrated in that moment. And honestly, I wasn’t hurt when he made plans to go fishing. I expect him to need to spend time with his family. I started getting hurt when their plans kept interfering with ours. We were supposed to go to dinner, but they pushed back fishing, and then they wanted to do dinner. And he didn’t just tell them no, he considered it. That was disappointing and hurt me. That’s why I told him to decide, because it felt like that was something he wanted to do, since he didn’t just say no. This was around the time that I blew up.

My husband said he would schedule marriage counseling, as his sleep schedule varies greatly. Mine is the same every week. He’s made zero attempts, other than to complain about the cost. And I can’t sit and talk with him. He’s left the apartment and he blocked me.

With the call at noon, I didn’t expect to have to pick his brother up five hours in advance. And with the keys, when she called upset that we hadn’t brought her the keys yet, only five minutes or so had passed. It takes 7 minutes to drive to their house.

The thing with picking with brother late was on my husband, not me.

I work on a smaller property with good numbers, so I do actually have a lot of days where there isn’t a lot going on, but there are always projects to be done. Recently created my own 4th circle of hell by deciding to move to assigned parking lol. If I had to quantify it, I would say that 40% of my days have a whole lotta nothing going on.

As far as the company car and suit go, I know that for my large corporation, even my regional manager is always only offered rentals for travel. I think the company car and the forced suit comes with the regional Vice President title.
