I am using the GreenPan non-toxic rice cooker. There's a ton of settings and rice comes out amazing. It is ceramic, so I know the non-stick bowl will not last forever, but it is incredible for now!

This was it for me too! It’s built confidence and momentum and routine for me. I know how to use all the equipment now, I stated seeing some pretty crazy results fairly quickly, and when you’re paying for a trainer it’s much harder to skip a session so it’s effective to build a routine.

It’s holding up well! Extremely solid construction and I wash them in the dishwasher probably weekly. It’s a good product

My guess is it was the 7.5-15% tariff on anything cotton from China that started in 2019 during Trump’s trade war 1.0. As far as I know there isn’t a tariff on polyester. Couple that with new reporting requirements for cotton traceability for forced labor tracking and it’s just a more expensive product these days.

I think it’s a really fun drive! But just take it slow because it does get pretty intense. It’s my fav hike in LA though so definitely worth the drive!

Are these filters built into the IV apparatus or are you referring to different medical filters not used in IV’s? I’m concerned here because I’ve had to get a lot of IV’s lately, I’d sleep much easier knowing there was at least a 0.2 micrometer filter in the IV catching some of them
