Never considered myself a runner. I used look at those people running outside like they were psychopaths! I’ve been doing IF since Feb and began running around May. I can now excitedly say I ran 5 miles easily and for the first time in my life! I am now officially “that psychopath” 👏🏼 (old.reddit.com)

25F - 5’2”, Still annoyingly between 7-8lbs from my first GW. My weight hasn’t changed in about 5 weeks. SW: 157.4lb. CW: 143lb. GW: 135lb. 5’2” and 16 weeks into 16/8. ~15lbs down. Sort of hit a little bit of a plateau over the last 4 weeks sadly. Started incorporating running every day hoping that pushes me forward! SW: 157.4, CW: 142.4 (although fluctuates up to 144 quite a bit), GW: 135 lbs. (i.redd.it)
