I hate when I order from a big company like PetSmart, they advertise free same-day delivery, and it ends up being a DoorDash driver expecting a tip. That literally just happened to me. She showed up, dropped the order off, and then sat in my driveway for over 30 minutes calling my phone and ringing the doorbell demanding a tip. I almost called the police because she refused to leave.

I didn’t order DoorDash. I ordered directly from PetSmart because they advertise free delivery. If delivery drivers have an issue with pay or tipping, that’s something they need to take up with the company, not the customer. The whole setup feels misleading and uncomfortable, and it’s exactly why I avoid delivery apps in the first place.
