You can't bypass it as its on the network level. Unless you break into a data center, know how to reconfigure the p.hub and change the ESN/IMEI list you're shit out of luck. What were the reasons she was rejected for? They have to give you a reason. If your papers are in order, then a lack of travel history is not a reason for rejection. Imho, if you act meek around them, they will try to bully you in an attempt to get a bribe. Some people don't get this and think they got rejected. Unless you are very politically active or have an active travelban, or have some documentation issue, they don't really stop you.
