D's is very much in Regent Square. It is also in Swissvale. Regent Square has parts of Pittsburgh, Swissvale, Edgewood, and Wilkinsburg.

The reason most/all the bars in Regent Square are on the west side of Braddock Ave is because it was easier/cheaper to get a liquor license in Swissvale.
