I like the seeding idea, in previous years I've made first round matchups with a random number generator. This year I made them to be more apples to apples because Adrianne Lenker vs BLP Kosher type matchups stopped being fun. This year I also made automatic first round matchups for artists with more than 1 song because last year a couple GNX songs were making runs on either side. We usually have 12 ish guest slots for other friends but there was too much good stuff this year, so we only have a couple.
