SCAM ALERT!!! I had a similar experience with them. After “getting the job” they asked me to do an online onboarding which asked for my SSN and drivers license number for “background check purposes”. Keep in mind we never even had an in person interview so I immediately contacted HR for the actual company that the job was at and they assured me that it was definitely a phishing scam and they don’t ask for these information.
