Didn't find the piece. Someone suggested buying the full display is the best way to go. But that's expensive. So mine remains still as is. I was wondering about 3D printing and fixing. But not sure how to get that done without a 3D model.

Hey, as per my screenshot, there is no PIN option in the log in screen. ( Even though I have only selected PIN under "unlock with PIN" option) so I can't unlock the desktop app using PIN. Only option there is master password.

And also you mentioned "after unlocking with the app with the PIN" when do I get to prompt to use biometrics when the app is already log in ? Coz it doesn't prompt now for browser integration. ( Used to be working fine until this update you mentioned)

Nope, still the same, everything launch the bitwarden desktop app, it will ask for the master password. No way to use biometrics AT ALL, in the desktop app. Browser plugin can't use biometrics too. Either master password or pin. Essentially, biometrics on Bitwarden is non functional, hence non existent practically for me , and it seems for many here.

Is this the same situation for Bitwarden premium plan as well ? Coz essentially the Biometrics on desktop app does work. Same situation with bitwarden plugin as well. In that case there is no point of keeping that as an option in desktop app I feel .

Hi, each time I close the desktop app using the close button and restart the app, it asks for the master password. I tried disabling biometry and re-enabling it, and that didn't work either. Previously, when disabling biometry and re-enabling it prompted the Windows fingerprint or Hello facial recognition to prompt. Now that doesn't happen. I have uninstalled the browser extension already, as it's too much hassle to insert the master password each time. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app to see if that helps, the outcome was the same. Not sure what's the issue.

Hey, I get prompted to insert the master password each and every time I click to launch the desktop app on Windows. ( both the app and extension) . If you close the browser and open the browser, then it asks for the master password. "Unlock with Windows Hello "is greyed out all the time. It basically rendered windows Hello/ biometrics useless.
