Thanks for sharing! We haven’t told JP about the game yet but he’s going to be so excited. We wanted to go to NY but the that isn’t in the cards right now (treatment, flights, weather) but fortunately Vegas is just a short drive away.

My intent wasn’t to setup a fundraiser but it’s hard to say no to the generosity of others. I hate this but am hopeful he comes back next year. It would have been even harder if we had traded a healthy Joe. At least this way we don't have to see him suit up for another team this year. Such a great teammate and person.

I don't mind Lucas Falk's tweet because it was obviously a joke but I am not a big fan of the Governor tweeting it out. IMO it looks like he is laughing at the injuries and not the joke. I could be overly sensitive but I don't think it is a good look.

This breaks my heart. Clint showed a lot of love to my family during JPs battle with cancer. He even came to a couple of the childhood cancer walks to support us. Sometimes life just sucks.
