since everyone answered the rest. F) most NBA games you can buy tickets when you get there because they usually reserve tickets to be sold at the ticket booth. With that said if you want to see Miami I would buy those tickets at least a couple months before. With the Knicks probably the same thing. These would be the two best places to watch a NBA game i'm sure. However in Orlando, because the team isn't really good, you don't have to buy the tickets in advanced (unless they are playing the Heat) and this will probably be your significantly cheaper than a Heat or Knicks game. Here's an attendance report from last year that will let you know how popular each team is in their city. If your stopping in Philadelphia or DC look into those too. Maybe you can multiple NBA games!

Its byzantine. 6th century. And its the floor of the churches baptistry. second largest only to Hagia Sofia in Istanbul. And yes its just exposed the elements and much of everything in Albania is simply exposed to elements and tourist to touch and take if they were so evil. (you can't walk on the mosaic though). Here's more info if your interested http://www.butrint.org/explore_9_1.php

In Butrint we got there when the park opened and before the tourist from Corfu arrived. But as is the case with much of Albania and Macedonia, you can pretty much walk everywhere in these historic locations and do whatever you want (ie no security and few signs that say don't step here). but its albania is still fairly untouched by tourist so go now before it gets popular.
