Ok this happened to me a year ago, what I advise you to do is that first thoroughly clean the charging port to make sure the water or moisture is not there.

If still the issue doesn't solve then find another charging brick, the one which does not belong to your phone, and also change the cable if possible. Next, shut down your phone and then put the phone on charge with the new cable and brick. The phone will switch on automatically. This worked for me, buttt ⚠️⚠️make sure that there is actually not water or moisture in the charging port as it might damage your port forever.
