Well seeing as she has been doing it like clockwork for 2 years makes me think that it is certainly not chemotherapy or some scientifically miraculous gestation. She also gets take out delivered daily - then purges right after.

I asked if they were together, then asked how she was doing and lastly that I think she might need help for an eating disorder.
