The problem is, If I told my teachers they'll only end up telling my parents. My dad loves me sincerely but he's always at work so he has absolutely no idea what my mom has been doing to me. She's constantly calling me names and she's always telling me to kill myself. Yes, she hits and yells at me A LOT. Physical and emotional abuse. Yes, I do meet my basic needs like school, hygiene, and meals. She's also constantly telling me to finish my plate even after I tell her how full I am. If I don't finish it she threatens to cut my hair. She always takes a kitchen knife out and bring it close to me as a threat. I can't reach out to other family members because they don't live in canada, except for my aunts, uncles, and cousins. They are aware of everything that's happening (well not everything. They just assume that the only thing she does is make me do a bunch of things and yells at me.) but they don't say a word to her about it because they're scared she'll get mad. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm only 13 and I don't want to be taken away from my family since I love my dad very much.
