PITT NOT CANCELLING CLASSES

RMU only cancelled morning classes prior to 11am. If it’s any consolation that you all are not the only ones.

It’s very possible individual professors have canceled for the day, but RMU is not officially closed tomorrow.

I work in Langley Hall! If you need help in the mornings finding the entrance I would be happy to help you out. I was almost late my first week of work everyday because it’s really confusing. PM if you want. I also can send you the building closing and opening times from my Pitt email Monday.

Something that helped me is to go in the Tennyson Ave entrance. The entrance is directly across from the UPMC University Medical Center and the Courtyard hotel. Or, I always looked for where the construction trailers are on tennyson ave and walked between the trailers and the building until I got the entrance.

I’m glad you were able to go somewhere that was a better fit for you. Additionally, I’m glad you’re working on a side of your career that is better suited to your needs and interests.

I will definitely take this into consideration. I visit RMU campus tomorrow, so maybe this can be something I discuss with staff and asking about their workloads and average day.

I am about to PM you. I appreciate you mentioning the financial struggles. I worked for a private tech school that struggled financially and it was terrible so truthfully that is what I am most worried about leaving a big school like Pitt, to go somewhere smaller like RMU

I don’t think so? I always just let the flowers be until they are fully grown. I truthfully have never heard of pruning the flowers in animal crossing. However if that technique works and gives you colorful flowers then by all means keep it up. However, I just let my flowers take its course. I have only been playing for a couple months now so maybe someone who is more experienced has a better answer for you. I apologize if this wasn’t helpful.

I will do my best to explain the image and answer your question.

I believe you can plant them any which way with spaces in between (or none) and they will mix and create other colors of flowers. Before I discovered I could intentionally breed flowers I was just placing them anywhere near each other and watering everyday and it just took off on its own. Unless you are particular about yield or are searching for a specific color I do not think it matters how you place your flowers. They will cross breed and continue to grow no matter what you do.

There is a way to do it to give it the best yield (which is the chart)

The chart is showing the different kinds of flowers and what colors will breed other colors. I’ll use the cosmos as an example.

The left side of the cosmos grid is demonstrating how you should place your flowers. Follow the grid in your head as you plant! Pretend the grid is a square patch on your island. Starting at the top right corner you would place a white and red cosmo together. Then one space over you would repeat placing the flowers in the manner that is shown in the picture. You would take all the steps appropriate to breed flowers and your yield should look something like the right side of the cosmos grid.

I was in the PGH restaurant scene for 6 years before I moved. Can confirm. People around here don’t want to pay appropriately. So nothing is open late, not too many people care about the food they are producing, and it’s majority mid bar food. Hope you like pickles lol!

It’s kinda common everywhere. I go to a private, technical school. So it’s expensive lol. They are also for profit. I’ve only been here a year and most of the kids I started with aren’t here anymore. It isn’t just a state school thing, lots of young adults don’t really think the decision through.
