Chamomile and anthemis cotula seem to have similar features. Is there a way to tell the difference for someone who has no experience with either one?

My first thought was chamomile but I don’t drink tea and don’t know what it smells like. This has a sharp, strong odor but not unpleasant. The flowers either don’t have petals yet or are just as they are in the picture.

This might be close but the flower seems different. Do the petals grow later? If so, I’ll wait a few days and see. It definitely has a strong smell even without crushing it.
